This app is a simple time and placement tracker for you to record your field ministry statistics. You can track your Placements, Videos Shown, Return Visits and Bible Studies. Please note - the study field is for total number of different studies conducted that month, count a return visit for each time conducting the study. Your monthly progress for the year can be easily visualized with the line graph. Totals for the year are current YTD and averages are included for the months you have reported. Pioneers can also tract "Credit Hours" for RBC projects, pioneer school etc (To enable that tracking, please toggle the pioneer switch to on). When indicating you are a pioneer, the new box "Credit Hours" will appear. It will be included in your progress for the year, up to maximum allotted credits. Please set up your yearly hour goal, and then after reporting, you will be shown how many hours ahead/behind you are of your annual goal to date. Enter secretary or group overseer information and email/text your report each month directly from the app. Monthly reminder included. You have the ability to customize the color to your preferences. My Ministry is designed to be extremely simple, open, enter time, exit. To keep it simple, a single service year is shown at a time. If you would like to look at previous service years, you can do that as well. There are two arrows on the Service Year tab which allow you to move between service years. This will allow you to select the year you want, scroll to any month in the that year and submit it, or look at your averages, graph, etc. ********previous service year info************* Your data is not gone - just grouped by service year. For those that can't seem to find the previous service year. Please use the arrow keys to switch years. Then you can scroll through the months in the service year and select the month you wish to see. Easy even to keep track of who I have service plans with or the time we will be starting Since the update, I am not able to backup to Dropbox and the app will crash so I hope there is an update for that. Still… 5 star app all the way! ### 1/5 — Restore problems *2021-04-20* I have backed up to Dropbox my app on my older phone, iPhone XR. I downloaded the app to my new phone, iPhone 12 Pro Max, and connected it to my Dropbox app. But when I go to restore the info to my ministry app it only gives the option to back up and not restore from what’s already there. My daughter downloaded it to her phone and it is there but I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled- still no credit hours field! Help! I have an iPhone XR, previously an 8+ Update: The field is absent by design if you are not pioneering and the developer contacted me with that info directly (thank you!). However, as a publisher I may not get “credit hours” for LDC work, but I do have to account for that time on my report and it becomes part of my record. I would argue that it needs to be available to all as it is in other apps now. Thank you **Developer response:** You need to toggle the pioneer setting on the setting tab.
