After update in the last week, it stinks. No longer are purchases notifications working, the nonsensical layout is atrocious.

The absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.   If I would have known about this merger, i would have withdrawn all my $$$ and went elsewhere.   Since your ratings are 3.5 out of 5 stars, you would think you would do something to improve your ratings

App somewhat worked after the changeover from Wayne Savings. Then I up dated my iPad to IOS 26.4, and after I login it goes immediately to my home screen. Tech has been no help.

The mobile app has always been finicky and now I can’t even sign on. Go through all the security checks, have the code sent, etc. and all I get is “cannot complete your request at this time”. Yet I can go online on a computer and sign in with the exact same credentials with no issue.

Unable to pay bills on the app, have talked to 4 different people in customer service over 3 weeks without any results.

The Wayne Savings Bank app has always been terrible. I was hoping it would be better now that they have merged with Main Street Bank but this is just as terrible. I have had access to it for 5 minutes now and it is already not working. If this app is just as bad as the Wayne Savings one I WILL be switching banks. I’m tired of not having access to my accounts just because the bank doesn’t want to put any effort into making a usable app.
