AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE -Enjoyed premium while lasted
First off, I want to say how appreciative I am of the support from this app. I got their subscription and meant to keep it for only a week before canceling, but Apple kept it active. I really loved the AI stories. They’re so creative and fun, and experiencing the VIP side was great. Unfortunately, it's not something I can continue because I'm an upcoming student and a graduate of the class of '30.
I mentioned to them that I was a student and couldn't afford it, and asked about a refund. They responded instantly, even though it was late, and were so kind and understanding — which I was not expecting at all. For a smaller app like this, that level of care really stands out. I highly recommend it.
