So many things in the app just don’t work. You don’t feel like using it, because you can’t trust it. 

Can’t use property number and customer number to see service charges on the website. 

And the app refuses to allow credit card payments for charges (after you enter pay for someone else).

Already disappointed to see the CRM nakheel are using. I have an urgent need for a plumber, I have had to get trade license, Emirates ID, a whole host of information on an app that is not use a friendly just to get somebody to stop a leak. 

Absolutely no thought or pragmatism to what owners of Real Estate in District one may have to go through.
