## What is My New Beginnings?

My New Beginnings is a healthy lifestyle program with an emphasis on weight management. Our app allows users to create personalized weight loss and nutrition programs based on their individual needs. It is a comprehensive, self-guided program designed to accompany users on a tailor-made journey toward healthy weight loss and improved wellness, including full nutritional tracking, weight logging and routine analytics to encourage lifestyle changes, educational videos and resources, and product ordering. The app is designed to use in conjunction with New Beginnings program and nutrition products and integrates with Apple's healthkit to pull calories, proteins and fats.
