I just uninstalled it because it is stuck on a date over a week ago (and shows only black for the pages), gives me an error message when I try to force it to today’s date. And, if I go to this company’s web version, it is only showing one section of today’s Sunday paper. I will definitely take it up with the newspaper, too, that they are collecting subscription money but using this lousy means of delivery. ### 1/5 — Unbelievable *2019-11-15, version 1.8.0* Does not work with my subscription! I have a difficult time trying to get the home page of the paper up because the date box is hide below the bottom of the screen on my iPad. Then when I can get it and I click on today's date I get the message there is no archive.....duh really!!! You can do away with that! The moving from page to page is very bouncy and you have to resize the page to swipe to the next page. I would prefer to have a scroll down option! 12/29/15 This app just continues to get worse! Now when you try to bring up the news article you only get half a page! Please repair. ### 5/5 — Great for busy people. *2010-10-11, version 0* This app is great for those loyal newspaper subscribers that want to read their paper and get the local headlines in the morning, on the way to work, or anytime. It's nice to be able to read my newspaper subscription anytime, not necessarily at home. ### 4/5 — Generally good, but buggy *2020-02-20, version 1.8.0* I find the app to be good overall, but it has one defect I find particularly annoying. I read the My News on the Go edition of The Fort Wayne (IN) Newspapers Journal-Gazette, and refer to it below to illustrate the defect. Whenever an article contains two dollar signs ($) within the same paragraph, the text version of the article in the “Stories” tab of the app is corrupted. Everything between two Dollar signs disappears from the text, joining the remaining sentence fragments together, generally with nonsensical results. The 20 February 2020 e-edition article “Virtual schools fallout continues” provides a good example of the defect. In the 6th paragraph, beginning, “A State Board of Accounts review ...” everything between “$68.7 million” and the Dollar sign in $86 million” is missing from the text version of the article. As you might, imagine, the defect impacts business stories especially hard. See the story “CHS doesn’t cut much from debt” in the Business section of the 20 February 2020 edition. This story contains multiple instances of the defect. The defect only appears to affect text between two Dollar signs within the same paragraph. A paragraph break between two Dollar signs appears to interrupt the defect. I hope this information is useful. ### 3/5 — Needs integrated into "Newsstand" *2014-06-04, version 1.4.5* Great app, needs integrated into newsstand. Also needs higher quality PDFs so it doesn't look like a scanned copy. ### 3/5 — My news.
