I mean I know what my zip code is. Why won’t it take it and let me set up my account? You need to fix this. While I understand you want to make a profit, what profit is there to make when there are better malls that provide better rewards for purchases made? Moreover to add on to this, there isn’t any big events or rarely events that we can do to get free gift cards or get bonuses or free items. As a shopper, would you not feel that this is a ridiculous system? I think whatever the reason is you should atleast make the rewards more reasonable as well as the app itself. Give some events, make it fun. It doesn’t have to be a big event or anything but just something small and simple.
