I was previously a member/potential donor of the Be The Match program, but with the new app I can’t login like I used to. I figured it was something on my end, but after months and trying on multiple devices I’ve come to the conclusion it has to do with the new app. 

Please fix this! I would like to be able to login and be alerted if I end up matching with someone!

This seems pointless and has more security levels than my bank account. For what?  I was led to believe I could register and be able to offer my help as a potential donor. Yet, this doesn’t even mention that. All it offers is a push to donate or be an activist. Again, for what? Not one word or notification of what I should expect to happen after going through an annoying registration process. 

Poorly designed app. If you want to get people to sign up for screening as potential donors, then address that topic. Whatever this is is extremely off-putting for a cause that it obviously worthy and needed. I suggest finding a new marketing firm and app developer. 

Feel free to forward my comments to said organization.

Difficult registration 
 No patient section 
 All about registering donors ( which is great but not what i need as a patient)
Donate donate donate 
 Unclear navigation 
 Had to delete without finding any promised patient resources
