I used to be able to log into the app and now it keeps telling me my User ID and PW are wrong. I log in on line just fine. I deleted the app and reloaded twice and it still doesn’t work. I know my UI and PW work cause I can log in online. Don’t know what the issue is. ### 1/5 — Can’t log I !! *2021-06-28, version 4.35.0* I wrote down all of my login info only for the app to tell me it’s incorrect please fix it! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work well needs help *2019-02-05, version 3.6.0* Mines doesn’t even open beyond making an offer. Clicking on downlines info reveals wrong information and changes each time. Good tool has become unreliable. Please bug test and update. Regret that I updated to this latest release. I can’t even open the Offers BETA tab to send out invoices to my customers so now I can’t make any sales. Tried contacting technical support numerous times by phone and email..all to no avail. Someone please fix this! ### 2/5 — Not holding log in info *2019-08-21, version 3.9.1* I have “remember me” and “enable Touch ID“ both toggled on. It does not hold that information at all anymore. I don’t understand why, when it used to at least hold it for two or three log ins, now I won’t even hold it for one. I’ve talked with technical support at least six times in the last 8 months on this, helping them troubleshoot. It’s worse than it was before. Please fix this issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ### 2/5 — Log in issues *2019-07-26, version 3.9.0* This app was great but then it was updated and I can’t get in! Every time I enter my login info it says login failed. I’ve deleted the app and tried again. Doesn’t work. I also don’t know where do go did help. I can’t see how many building blocks I have. The titles are in a code. Please fix. ### 2/5 — This app when it works is good. . *2017-05-11, version 2.6.0* This app when it works is good. Logging in is a pain there is always an error when signing in. When I attempt to order the error comes up again that it is unable to process orders.
