It’s asking for payment to download the app and which never use to do before.. It’s like every time the app crashes & u can’t login. You try uploading the app all over & it just gets worse…. I just hope whoever developed this app seriously understands that this needs immediate attention…!!! ### 1/5 — Warning: Do Not Download This App *2025-08-11, version 2.4.0* If I could give zero stars, I would. This app is pure garbage and a total embarrassment. Whoever developed it clearly has no idea what they’re doing. It’s unreliable, broken, and completely incompetent. It constantly freezes, crashes, and loses my work orders. Sometimes it won’t even let me submit a ticket, and when it does, the ticket disappears. I end up having to call anyway, which makes this app completely useless. It’s unacceptable that something this poorly made is the “official” tool for residents.
