The app is state of the art with a lot of great features like remote deposit and external transfers. It is easy to use and is very modern. ### 5/5 — Why can’t I pay mortgage from my phone app? *2020-08-06, version 3013.1.0* In July and again now in August 2020 I have not been able to pay my mortgage from the phone app. This evening, when I tried to queue the mortgage payment, I was asked to provide an OTP that the bank sent to my cell phone. When I did it I was notified that there was a problem with completing the transaction. The same thing happened on my second attempt too. I wanted to make sure that my account was not blocked by trying and likely failing a third time. I had the same experience with mortgage payment in July 2020 — couldn’t pay from phone app but no problem when I paid from a computer and a browser. I never had this problem with the previous version of the App (before this major redesign in 2020). Second point about bill pay from the app is I don’t have problems paying smaller bill payment amounts. WHY??? Also, why are the list of payees shown differently between the browser based list and the app based list? Since my last comment, shown below within parentheses for reference, some of the points have been fixed through the subsequent mini updates. But the app has a long way to be friendly and a true substitute for browser based banking. I thought this parallelism was promised in the new app. I am giving it a 3-star because there are many more features in the new app and new browser based banking. Now if you can fix the bugs. (The new update to the app has gone back to at least 5 years. It is terrible, quite unfriendly, instructions are not clear, the verification codes or PINs do not transfer from the message to the app, and refused to take my mortgage payment which I did last month. Did the accounts go away? Could be. I have no way to see the details of the pre-populated payees. All in all a very dismal experience. Need another update or revision to the app immediately.) ### 5/5 — Loss of functionality *2020-07-06, version 3013.1.0* The new update is a half-step forward, and two back. Adds check deposit. Still doesn’t address multiple logins or multiple mobiles. Removes ability to customize JUST THE MOBILE VIEW. Removes which card performs a transaction from Report download (excel). Then my biggest pet peeve, is that I don’t get told what transactions are on my credit card. So I have to make sure I go through my statement sent in the mail. When I decline, it logs me off. Easily 15 accounts! The latest update erased all of my settings (nicknames on accounts, color associated with accounts, which ones I see on the primary screen and in which order). It was a PROCESS to get them organized when the new configuration came into existence this summer and I was unhappy then! It is great because I can check my accounts on the quick app without even accessing the accounts and then if I’m trying to do some real banking then I go into my accounts and sign and I love this app it is so easy and if I need to call and get health, the people are so friendly and nice.
