You can inform them about potholes, graffiti, broken street lights and more. A street light is out on my block. I had trouble adding a photo on the Oceanside website. So I found this app and was able to upload and submit problem in a few clicks. City responded with a city worker 24-48 hours on site. Issue status was updated on app to in progress and a notice informing me of the actions the are be taken to resolve the problem. The litter happened to be 2 large pieces of furniture someone dumped in the alley behind my house.
