GET EARPODS. ITS THE BETTER CONNECTIVITY AND APPS. These “hearing aids” (which they promised as for severe hearing loss without checking local regulations and then went back on *AFTER* customers had already bought) is very much like they’re app, which constantly breaks before you can use it at all. I purchased the Olive Air aids and the app stopped working. I can no longer log in. When I try the app just brings me back to the permissions page. I have been in contact with customer service/ support and done everything they suggested with no luck.
