## What is My One Rule?

My One Rule helps you build one habit at a time — no overwhelming checklists, just a single daily commitment you can actually keep.

Pick your one rule. Check in each day with a tap: Kept or Slipped. Watch your streak grow, right from your Home Screen or Lock Screen widget — no need to even open the app.

• Rest days — choose which days your rule applies to, so days off don't break your streak.
• Grace Tokens — earn a second chance at key milestones. Slip once, and your streak survives.
• Milestones — from your first spark to a full year unbroken, every step is worth celebrating.
• Widgets — Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets let you check in without opening the app.
• iCloud sync — your progress follows you across your devices.

Discipline isn't about doing everything. It's about doing the one thing, every day.
