## What is My Online Coach?

If your personal trainer uses TotalCoaching to deliver his programs, then this is the app you need to receive these programs right from your mobile device!

You'll be able to take your programs right to the gym, or perform then form the confort of your home. After an assignment is completed, mark it as 'Done' and provide feedback to your personal trainer. Everything will be made available to him in real time, allowing him to build even better programs!

Great app when it works but it closes the app all the time while I’m in the middle of an exercise. Not sure why but it’s very annoying having to do this multiple times every day

This app it’s extremely glitchy. There’s horrible lag time, crashes, and it basically has a mind of its own. Creating an animated session for a client can take hours due to all the glitching. I pay monthly for this app and I do not recommend it to other trainers. Waste of time and money!

Very difficult to navigate between sections.  The calendar isn’t easy to use ; when I try to move an activity to another day, the app closes. Cannot paste any text in the message zone.  Nothing is user friendly!
