On the app, you can schedule and access live appointments with health experts, access customized nutrition meal plans, watch on-demand videos and live fitness classes, attend support groups, and so much more. All these features can be accessed on-the-go or in the convenience of your home. Virtual, live consultations and classes are available seven days a week. Compatible with the Apple Health App to track activity. Users can sync with the Apple Health app via the ‘Devices & Settings’ tile. They currently do not have any relation to or work with Kaiser Permanente.
