I was told that this app is for ‘participating’ providers and their patients. They currently do not have any relation to or work with Kaiser Permanente. I had wondered why they asked who my provider was for this program.

Downloaded this to help my journey through OPTIFAST weight loss. You need a code.  After multiple requests, I’ve never received one. I actually don’t think this app has anything to do with OPTIFAST and is out of a local dealer/office because it makes no reference to Nestè and the entire experience has been a waste of time. Don’t bother!

Downloaded this app to help journal my progress...can’t even get it started because you need a code! You apply for a code (now 5 times) and no one bothers to get back to you!!
