NorthLane is involved and is equally responsible. Both are scam companies. Avoid them like the plague. Update: August 29 will be two months since the scambags at Optimum “processed” my refund and they have yet to pay out. They’ve strung me along with over a dozen emails with every evasive tactic they can think of.. Service help desk tries to sell me t-mobile for 20 minutes while I am just trying to get them to fix it. ### 1/5 — Impossible to log in, impossible to reach live chat. *2026-08-22, version 2.7* Both website and app are bunk and won’t let you use your account id to log in. You can’t access your whole account number from paperless billing without signing in first so it’s a vicious cycle and you can’t even reach live chat for help without logging in. Ridiculous. I’m convinced this is on purpose at this point. Worst internet provider ever.
