Considering how many times during hold time one hears of the convenience of this app, it would be nice if it actually worked like the original app. Their solution? Long hold times with an agent when you cannot even log on or change a password. Computer user since ‘89; smartphone user since IPhone 6. It’s not me.

How frequently does/should your data get updated in the app?  It’s been months since my last appointment and the app still does not show info from that appointment or lab updates. 

I sent messages to report the issue via the app and there is never a response.

No dates or details under the topic of conditions. It would be very useful to know when these conditions occurred and their frequency. Were these current conditions or in the past. These dates and details can be very important information when filling out forms at different medical providers as they often require this information.
