This app has been improved greatly over the years. Good access to all the info needed.
However one error has persisted for years and never been corrected even though it's very simple to fix.
When using the travel pass while overseas, and using the app to check the status of the travel pass via USE OVERSEAS tab, the roaming page shows a circular graph and displays xxx.xx MB left. The MB data showing here is actually what has been USED, rather than remaining.  Stressful to see 10MB left just minutes after the pass is activated while travelling. I've asked Optus call centre several times to fix this confusing bug.
Please fix, so it shows the correct figure MB REMAINING, not data used. 
(The status of data usage for my other services shows correctly).

This app used to be usable when you ran out of credit and would remember all your details but now it doesn’t, even when updating regularly. It takes you straight to the Optus website anyway and makes you enter all your details, requiring Wi-Fi connection.

Every time when I try to chat and get assistant from Optus app they live in a different world. It always takes them over an hour to answer a question and at the end they never resolve my problem. I think people from India working in the chat and they never understand your questions and it is so frustrating to get an answer for a simple question. I been texting with a guy named Murali and if I ask about billing he’ll be taking about the sky. So frustrating

Your website and the app keeps directing to download and use the messaging service and I hv been trying my for the past few weeks the messaging feature doesn’t load at all . Absolute PAIN and your certification process is super long to get to speak to someone and the chatting can take forever to get a solution. There is no call back service either as you can’t expect the customer to be on chat forever and if we don’t we do the verification all over again. Would be easy if we were given the choose to request a call back
