You probably should make sure when you are going to update your online app that it actually is going to work. I have been getting service charges since the new app started and when I went to my bank to get some answers they said lots of people have been getting these charges and that they would take care of it. They have not. It is tax time and I usually need to go online to print out some statements. The new app will not let me. So I went to the bank again to ask what is going on and they told me I will not be able to print my statements until sometime in April. So they had to print out my statements for the whole year. This is I’m sure a huge problem for a lot of your customers at tax time. I have not been able to look online at the checks I have written. This is unacceptable I have a lot of money in your bank and have been there since it started. I am now looking into other banking options. You better get these fees fixed and your new app fixed soon.
