Maybe the app will have more tools in the future. ### 4/5 — Cannot login *2025-02-04* We were directed to use OnCall for a video visit and could not get passed the login requirements. ### 1/5 — Cannot login *2025-02-01* We were directed to use OnCall for a video visit and could not get passed the login requirements (having Face ID would be a HUGE help). There is no help page or phone number. This is worthless if we cannot figure out how to connect. The chatbot does not help. My Chart is much better. This looks like a nice app but please, just give us a phone number! We are now having to drive to the emergency room department or an immediate care facility.
