Need to Report an Issue? Reporting an issue is as easy as 1-2-3! Use the Service Request button to report potholes, road hazards, code compliance issues, and more. No more trying to figure out who to call; requests are automatically routed to the correct department for action and resolution. Best of all, you can track the status of your request by opting-in to receive updates by email, text, or phone call.
