With the world changing all around us daily, so are our carriers. It would be great if the team could update the carriers section to accept newer business (ex UPS Freight is now TForce, etc etc) Thanks team. ### 4/5 — Coming from deliveries app this isn’t bad! Potential is there *2022-08-06, version 3.0.6* So for the last few years I’ve extensively used an alternative app called Deliveries. That app has served me well however with the recent change with the FedEx, FedEx no longer works with that app. So I went looking for alternatives. I downloaded about 13 different package tracking apps and tested them and settled on this one. First off, what an outstanding job on the compact layout view. You have all of the info there on a brilliant layout. Great job on this! It’s the best I’ve seen. Smart design!! Props on this. You have the mini map view, summary info, ship date, expected delivery date, shipping carrier icon, last refresh time, etc. A quick tap brings you to detailed view and the expanded map is nicely done as is the list view. I noticed on a UPS item I was tracking that the tracking info was even more detailed than I can pull up in my other delivery app and also on the UPS website. I am not sure where they are pulling the data from but it is excellent and I appreciate the added tracking details! I think with some additional features added this app could become a leading if not THE leading package delivery app. So here is my thoughts: 1. Ditch the two app model and go with a single app. Just offer annual subscriptions thru the one app that gives you pro features. 2. Add clipboard detection when app opens. What I mean is, if you have a tracking number already copied to clipboard, have the app recognize this and auto open the add tracking info with with number pasted in like some alternative apps can already do. 3. For the summary on compact view, instead of just saying “arrived at FedEx location” have it also list what city. 4. Add a Mac version of this app. Many of us stay in the apple ecosystem and use macs. Having a native app that syncs just like the deliveries app does is a really really nice feature. I feel this is a big deal and would love to see it. 5. An Apple Watch version also would be nice but I’d focus on Mac version first. 6. An archive and delete function would be cool like deliveries has. 7. A view online link would be nice that auto jumps you to carriers site with tracking info already entered like deliveries does. 8. Add functionality so swiping down refreshes the feed so you don’t have to click the refresh wheel icon. 9. Charge more. Myself and many others you will find, will gladly pay more, for some enhanced features like I mentioned. If you get this far with additional features you are going to have a really solid suite of apps. For now I’d say those are the items to focus on. Lastly, thank you for this app! I am hoping with time you can also see value in the feature improvements I mentioned and bring them to life. ### 4/5 — Great App *2022-04-29, version 3.0.3* Love this app, especially after the recent updates. My only con is that after they updated the app, they removed the ability to allow me to rearrange my tracking numbers. So, now I have packages being delivered in a few days at the bottom surrounded by other later parcel delivery dates with international packages I don’t expect for a month or more sandwiched in the middle with no way to organize by carrier or delivery date as I used to do before! I hope they bring back the ability to let us slide packages around in the order we prefer. As it stands, items are listed based on the date you add the tracking number, not by the delivery date it carrier. ### 3/5 — New interface not good *2022-04-17, version 3.0.1* I used to love this app. The new interface is a major step back sadly. The best part of this app was having n every thing on one screen and compact. I could see what was being sent, and what had arrived, in one screen. Then new GUI has separate sections for in transit, and arrived. Worst of all, the list is now huge with maps embedded. No good! Please reconsider compacting the screens by removing the map. Or make it optional. Its really bad now. ### 4/5 — Can not delete *2022-02-19, version 2.6.10* Sometimes the app will not allow you to delete tracking numbers after the package has been delivered. I do a left slide on the screen. Instead of the red delete showing it opens the tracking info. In order to delete that tracking number I have to exit the app, clear all recently opened apps and reopen. ### 4/5 — Love This App; Issues Scanning Barcode with iPhone 12 *2020-10-31, version 2.6.10* I absolutely love this app. It is simple and gets the job done. Would be 5 stars, except after switching my phone from a 7 to a 12 and re-downloading the app, the barcode scanner is grayed out and can’t be used. There’s no option to reenable the camera in privacy settings either. I’m running the latest iOS with an iPhone 12. Also the UI seems to be messed up as the refresh arrow is cut off to the left. Otherwise would be 5 stars as it is a great app. ### 3/5 — Add more delivery services to track *2020-05-09, version 2.6.10* OnTrac & Amazon are two I recommend to add. Also the tracking updates are delayed often times. Still a good app nonetheless. Would be great with some tweaks. ### 4/5 — the scanner still doesn’t work *2019-06-12, version 2.6.10* the scanner work before with free Version. now it doesn’t work and the button doesn’t even work have to physically type in ### 4/5 — I wish they could support the new Amazon service *2018-07-03, version 2.6.10* I’ve enjoyed the app but they don’t cover all the delivery services. The new Amazon US delivery service in particular. Otherwise it’s been stable. The link to app support also doesn’t work. ### 4/5 — Like it so far *2018-06-24, version 2.6.10* I like the app so far. Don’t know if it can sync between devices. I have delivery 3 items on my iPhone but seems they won’t sync over to my iPad and I have to input the items again on my iPad. True? ### 3/5 — Add more carriers *2018-05-11, version 2.6.10* I use this app all of the time, except when something is shipped with ontrac or dhl. So I guess it’s awesome at tracking fedex, ups and the post office. Actually, because of that I’m changing rating from 4 stars to 3. More carriers could easily make this a 5 star app. ### 3/5 — Great app but limited carriers *2017-06-29, version 2.6.5* Please add more carriers like ontrack, DHL and many others on the list. I use this app everyday to track my packages very useful. But Dev must add more carriers I sent emails to Dev but never got any response. Or add the options to manually add you desired carriers, it would be great to see new update. Otherwise it's a great app I use it everyday I track atleast 50 to 90 packages a month. Only complaint is having to individually send push notifications and also add tracking numbers individually when processing multiple tracking numbers form a PC. Well worth the investment. ### 4/5 — Good app but need a few tweaks *2016-01-19, version 2.6.2* I would like to see the following updates: 1. When typing letters, it should default to upper case. 2. Ability to backup to my iCloud or alternative. 3. If I select the carrier first then description then tracking number last, it changes the carrier to USPS. 4. If I enter the tracking number first, it would default to the correct carrier, except for Canada Post, it defaults to USPS. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — New update isn’t good. *2022-04-24, version 3.0.2* The new update is disappointing. The developers got rid of everything that made this app great. It was such a nice simple app, but now it’s a scroll fest. Some features are gone such as moving items up and down in the list. And the sheer size of each item nearly takes up the entire screen. I miss the old small simple UI. ### 1/5 — The upgrade went backwards. *2022-04-21, version 3.0.1* Before the new upgrade this was my go to app for package tracking. I do not like the new upgrade at all and will be looking for a different app. Certain functions are the upgrade bleed off the edge of my phone screen. I cannot get complete information because certain letters on words are cut off on both sides of the screen. I do not like this app any longer ### 1/5 — Can't Track ONTRAC *2015-07-20, version 2.5.0* Bought this App thought it would track ONTRAC!!!! Amazon sometimes uses them and I can't track them! Don't buy because they can't track them!!!!! But you don't see ads! Please get it on their I got a FREE App and it can track! ONTRAC!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Was OK but now garbage *2015-06-11, version 2.5.0* At this moment I have two packages that show "Destination Scan" that were delivery a week ago and I have two more packages that were delivered a few hours ago that continue to show "Out for Delivery". This app use to be accurate but no more. It is now worthless. To top it off and the reason for 1-Star is that the developer does not care about the customers. I have submitted a suggestion and submitted two bugs/issues through the app and have NEVER heard back. Do not spend money on this app! ### 1/5 — No longer works on iPhone *2014-12-20, version 2.5.0* A great app if it works. But since one of the recent releases it no longer works on my iPhone (it works on my iPad). But there should be more international carriers. Get "posted" if you do wanna spend the money. ### 2/5 — New version needs some more updating… *2022-04-18, version 3.0.1* I used to be able to re-order my packages from top to bottom. This new interface won’t allow for it. I was so used to the old interface and loved how minimal it was. This new interface may have me look for something else. I’m just not a fan and it doesn’t help me for all the tracking of packages I do a day, a week, monthly. I can’t believe this was approved and green-lit. Sorry design team but this ain’t it. **Developer response:** Hi, We are sorry about the inconvenience. This issue should have been resolved last night. However previously failed responses are already cached on the device and still fails for a while. Please tweak the entered address like adding comma or period to workaround the cache issue. You can reach us directly by mypkg@amegan.com if you need more help. ### 2/5 — My Favorite App, Abandoned *2020-07-06, version 2.6.10* This was my favorite package tracking app. There are plenty of new ones that have nice features but still aren’t as good as this app. There are a few bugs that have come up as iOS has updated but this app hasn’t seen an update in over 2 years. It’s vaporware at this point. ### 2/5 — No longer scans barcodes *2018-06-07, version 2.6.10* The barcode scan is grayed out and there’s no place to give the camera permission in settings anymore. The ability to send tracking numbers from PC and cloud syncing is exactly what the old app was missing. The app looks polished and modern. It tracks all packages automatically detect who the carrier is and adds it to your list of packages being tracked. It shows a map and a list. The developer is great by responding to inquiries and it has never crashed. It actually gives more information than if you use the native tools from usps , because it lets you know expected delivery dates, even when you can’t tell from usps’ website tracking. Stay Gold! ### 5/5 — Can't live without it! *2016-09-27, version 2.6.5* Love this app. I've been using it for years now. Hasn't let me down. The programmer is always very responsive to fixes and updates the app regularly. One request I have is (because Amazon is using their own shipping company a lot more often now) to add AMZL US tracking. Thanks a lot for a great app! Twice I had issues that were resolved in less than 30min (over several years, this app is not issue prone).
