### 2/5 — Erratic behavior

*2025-06-22, version 3.0.9*

Lately the app is not working as it was before. It is not giving updates sometimes. I put a pkg. tracking a couple of weeks ago and never received and update.

### 5/5 — Best tracking app ever!!

*2024-06-12, version 3.0.9*

I’ve been using this app for the past year, and honestly it’s the best one out of all of them I’ve ever tried. I’ve used tons of other apps, but this one seems to be the most accurate with the updates, they are quickest with the notifications!! The layout is simple, easy to use, and I like that that we are able to track with a live map. This is my main go-to app for all my packages. You have 30 free notifications a month, which is wayyy more than enough in my opinion. I never have to buy any extra. Great app overall

### 3/5 — Erratic behavior

*2023-07-17, version 3.0.8*

Lately the app is not working as it was before. It is not giving updates sometimes. I put a pkg. tracking a couple of weeks ago and never received and update.

### 4/5 — Coming from leading app “deliveries” this isn’t bad!!

*2022-08-06, version 3.0.6*

So for the last few years I’ve extensively used an alternative app called Deliveries. That app has served me well however with the recent change with the FedEx, FedEx no longer works with that app.

So I went looking for alternatives.

I downloaded about 13 different package tracking apps and tested them and settled on this one.

First off, what an outstanding job on the compact layout view. You have all of the info there on a brilliant layout. Great job on this! It’s the best I’ve seen. Smart design!! Props on this. You have the mini map view, summary info, ship date, expected delivery date, shipping carrier icon, last refresh time, etc. A quick tap brings you to detailed view and the expanded map is nicely done as is the list view.

I noticed on a UPS item I was tracking that the tracking info was even more detailed than I can pull up in my other delivery app and also on the UPS website. I am not sure where they are pulling the data from but it is excellent and I appreciate the added tracking details!

I think with some additional features added this app could become a leading if not THE leading package delivery app.

So here is my thoughts:
1. Ditch the two app model and go with a single app. Just offer annual subscriptions thru the one app that gives you pro features.

2. Add clipboard detection when app opens. What I mean is, if you have a tracking number already copied to clipboard, have the app recognize this and auto open the add tracking info with with number pasted in like some alternative apps can already do.

3. Add a Mac version of this app. Many of us stay in the apple ecosystem and use macs. Having a native app that syncs just like the deliveries app does is a really really nice feature. I feel this is a big deal and would love to see it.

4. An Apple Watch version also would be nice but I’d focus on Mac version first.

5. An archive and delete function would be cool like deliveries has.

6. A view online link would be nice that auto jumps you to carriers site with tracking info already entered like deliveries does.

7. Add functionality so swiping down refreshes the feed so you don’t have to click the refresh wheel icon.

8. Charge more. Myself and many others you will find, will gladly pay more, for some enhanced features like I mentioned.

If you get this far with additional features you are going to have a really solid suite of apps. For now I’d say those are the items to focus on.

Lastly, thank you for this app! I am hoping with time you can also see value in the feature improvements I mentioned and bring them to life.

### 3/5 — Developer does not listen

*2022-06-13, version 3.0.5*

I order stuff and sell stuff.

I would like to be able to categorize them In - or Out - but developer have not responded to my request. So I have to put In Or Out in every item. That would just be a checkbox, one more field to add. Need to look for alternative.

### 4/5 — Needs more Carriers

*2022-05-01, version 3.0.3*

Add more mail Carriers, the current selection is weak. Should be atleast 40-50 Carriers like every other tracking app on the Store.

I’ll buy this app if more are added, I like the interface and how it shows the maps in card form ala Reddit style. Add more carriers is all.

### 5/5 — Love the new design

*2022-04-15, version 3.0.0*

Great update!

### 1/5 — Was a perfect app, until the update today

*2022-04-15, version 3.0.0*

I am perplexed by the amount of developers that betray the saying “if it works well, don’t fix it”. The new update it atrocious looking, with way too much fluff added. The simplistic and functionality were what I liked about this app before. Now it does not look good. Just be honest opinion

### 3/5 — Useful but has shortcomings

*2021-08-20, version 2.6.10*

I use this app a lot and it is handy for letting you know where your package is. Unfortunately this no longer works with Purolator.

### 5/5 — Works Well Most of the Time

*2020-11-05, version 2.6.10*

Really a great app but lately it’s sometimes misidentifying the carrier. The first time it happened I was able to determine the correct carrier from the order information and change it to the correct one. Today it identified it as USPSMI, which is also what the shipper said it was but the tracking was for USPS. Odd. This has only happened a few times. Overall I’ve successfully tracked a couple hundred packages successfully. Actually I think that’s worth 5 ⭐️. I fear competition is causing carriers to create sub-classes of service making it hard for the app developer to keep up.

Going 6 ⭐️ for customer service!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Used to be good

*2026-04-07, version 3.1.0*

This app used to be great but now usps teaching doesn’t work

### 1/5 — Finally deleted this

*2025-05-18, version 3.0.9*

Used this app since 2016 and finally ditched it for a modern app with better privacy and more features.

### 1/5 — PLEASE GIVE ME THE VERSION OF ABOUT A YEAR AGO

*2023-01-28, version 3.0.8*

I have had this app for at least 7 years and used it often and loved it. Then I retired “again” so I hadn’t used it for almost a year, then I shipped something to another state. I put in the tracking number, the package ID, the address I was shipping to, then saved it. The next day I checked the progress and noticed the dotted line showing it coming back to my address.
Well I got to going through the app and found other things wrong, or anyway things I didn’t like.
Just go back about a year or so, and you’ll have a Great app again.

### 1/5 — Avoid this app. It’s gone downhill after update.

*2022-06-25, version 3.0.5*

This app was great. Now it’s horrible. There are better apps out there now. Avoid this one

### 1/5 — It was great before update

*2022-05-03, version 3.0.3*

I have used this app for years and I hope they revert the app back to the app it was before the update. It was simple and easy to use. Now it looks busy and all crammed together, especially compact view. Delivery dates no longer populate as before nor does it update tracking progress quickly. Also they dropped a feature I loved which was you being able to organize the order of your deliveries the way you wanted. I like to organize by delivery date. Guess I’ll have to find a new package tracking app. So disappointing

### 1/5 — New update is awful

*2022-04-26, version 3.0.2*

Iv used this app for over 5 years and this used to be the best tracking app Iv used but after this recent update I’m going to have to look for a new alternative. The app was much better before the change. Now basic features don’t even work and it’s just clunky and hard to navigate and see the info you want. The app also no longer shows estimated delivery dates which was one of the main reason I added packages to this app in the first place.

Before the update this app was simple. It wasn’t pretty and fancy but it didn’t need to be. It did it’s job and it did it well. Now it looks pretty but it’s also a total mess. They also added a pay wall for push notifications. You only get 30 a month now unless you pay for the pro version.

If the developers are smart and they want to keep their user base large, they will revert back to the original design and make the original features work again. If they want to keep the pay wall for notifications fine. I could care less about that as long as they bring back the original design and original features like delivery date.

### 1/5 — What a Shame

*2022-04-21, version 3.0.2*

This is my first time ever leaving a review for an app and I have been using this app for I believe 8 years now and it was incredible. Easy to use. Functioned well and was a perfect app…..that is until this most recent upgrade. It has completely ruined this app and I am now looking for an alternative. The new interface is clunky, hard to read and to get the info that you want, is slow and ugly and just a completely disgusting and truly horrible to use. I loved this app for all of these years because of its ease of use and simplicity and the fact I could see the dates of every single package all the way back to 2014, since this update. All of that info has been wiped away. There is no point for me to use this app anymore. I highly suggest y’all’s change it back before you lose more users. But aye, doubt you will care.

### 1/5 — Update made it worse

*2022-04-21, version 3.0.1*

Restore compressed list view. I want to be able to see a quick overview of multiple packages without so much scrolling. The new update made this app much worse. Add support for other shippers rather than waste time redesigning the UI.

### 1/5 — Terrible update

*2022-04-15, version 3.0.0*

I've been using this app for years and this week's update is terrible. The new UI is confusing and the packages don't update like they use to. Terrible app now. Looking for alternatives.

### 1/5 — Version 3.0 layout horrible

*2022-04-15, version 3.0.0*

New layout with the map view in the list is just awful!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best tracking app

*2026-04-17, version 3.1.0*

This was the best tracking app I ever used. Used it for nearly a decade and was well worth the one time upgrade for lifetime premium. Simple interface with push alerts for updated scans. Sadly due to USPS API changes, the app had to shut down.
I’ve searched far and wide for a comparable app and every other alternative in the App Store is ad-ridden and/or has poor interface. I’ll miss this app.

### 5/5 — Replacement?

*2026-02-20, version 3.1.0*

Anybody found a good replacement for this app?

### 5/5 — Jan 27 ‘26 - Still Working

*2026-01-27, version 3.1.0*

Can’t find a replacement that comes close. Great app.

### 5/5 — sad to see you go

*2026-01-22, version 3.1.0*

I opened the app today and saw that it's ending in 3 days. just want to say thank you for creating this app! it has been a super helpful tool to me.

### 5/5 — Hey

*2026-01-19, version 3.1.0*

I realized I’ve used this app for over 10 years and never wrote a review. I’m sad that the service is ending. Thanks for an amazing app! Good luck with any new ventures you all may pursue.

### 5/5 — Sad to see this go

*2026-01-16, version 3.1.0*

Sorry to hear that upstream API access will force retirement of this app. I’ve been using it for years.

### 5/5 — Love This App

*2026-01-03, version 3.1.0*

Please don’t be discontinue.

### 5/5 — Love it.

*2025-03-14, version 3.0.9*

I’ve using this app on a constant basis (yeah, I buy too much stuff online) for 12 years.
Works extremely well and I can’t see replacing it.
Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Great Easy to Use Package Tracking App

*2025-03-09, version 3.0.9*

I’ve been using this program for several years and it is the most reliable, easy to use package tracking app for iOS that I’ve found.

### 5/5 — User for 10+ Years

*2024-09-05, version 3.0.9*

I just looked at my history and I’ve been using this app for over 10 years. I believe it’s earned a review. I’m a bit of a spontaneous shopper. I don’t ship that often. This app is very reliable and I’ve never had an issue. Some reviews say it should update a package’s status quicker. I believe that’s on the carrier. I wasn’t happy when it was updated because I wasn’t used to the new look. I can say that about most of my apps. All I can say is I use this app all the time, for over 10 years. Not too many utility type apps that I can say that about.
