### 2/5 — Simple but lots of serious problems!

*2022-08-31*

I liked this app at first. It was simple, and I could add symptoms or triggers to customize for my own pain.

But when I opened it in preparation for today’s doctor appointment I found two issues:
1. Three of my entries had been deleted! I was able to reconstruct one of them but have no idea on the other two. So I no longer have an a curate picture to describe to my doctor.
2. The date is off by a day. In the entry itself, it says 8/31/22 but when I look at the over all log it says 8/30/22. All the dates were accurate when I looked at it last but today they have all shifted one day. Deleting and re-entering does not help, nor does restarting.

This is not a reliable app and I will be looking for something new.

### 3/5 — Bug?

*2022-05-03, version 1.0*

There’s a bug where I’ve made 4 entries totally about 200 hours, but it’s showing on the home page as upwards of 10,000 hours.

I tried to find somewhere to report this but when you click app support it takes you to a page showing how many people have ever downloaded the app - so that’s cute I guess.

### 2/5 — Almost Perfect

*2021-10-27*

Simple and easy to use. However, several issues make this app unusable. First, the date is recorded incorrectly by 1 day. Second, the calculations are incorrect. And finally, the inability to add/customize symptoms makes recording an episode incomplete. If you could fix these issues, you’d have a very useful app. I was also surprised that there was no way to reach out to the developer. Usually, this would be my first course of action, rather than leaving an unfavorable review. After perusing the reviews and noticing that many of these issues have already been raised and ignored, it appears that this is just another abandoned app. It’s a shame because the framework was good. I would be more than happy to pay a one-time , monthly, or yearly fee for a solid, functioning, simple, and easy to use medical tracker.

### 3/5 — Great to follow pain patern

*2021-09-09, version 1.0*

I Use it with my clients in physiotherapy. Would love the possibility to have enter the time in minutes instead of hours. By hours it’s too big for people who gets better.

### 2/5 — Counts each log as a day

*2021-06-09, version 1.0*

This looks like it could be useful, but after a day of trying to track different pain levels, it now shows four days of pain in the log, despite each record being a different time in the same day.

### 3/5 — Has Potential, Lacks Support

*2020-08-06*

I tried 4-5 Pain Apps and this one fit the best for my needs: tracking pain so I can communicate more accurately to my health care provider. Only issue lies with tracking the time interval of each pain episode: the data shows as entered correct, but the tabulation is incorrect. (Example: 4 episodes at 4 hrs each shows as 2356 hours vs 16 hours total). Also, would be helpful to have option of logging per 30 minutes vs whole hour. (Likewise, another reviewer requested days). Also, support page is non-existent. Would prefer to reach out to dev first rather than posting a negative review. Would’ve given ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if time total was correct.

### 2/5 — Schade 😢

*2020-08-01, version 1.0*

### 2/5 — When you add a new pain record, it automatically increments pain days

*2020-01-17*

I have multiple pain incidents in the same day. App doesn’t allow me to record this. No way to change the dashboard,

### 3/5 — Good but could be better

*2019-12-06*

My biggest complaint is that it doesn’t time stamp when you choose your medication. That would be extremely helpful

### 4/5 — Pain Log

*2019-07-20*

I really like this app. I’ve just started using this so I am still a newbie, but it’s simple and easy to use. The only thing I’ve found cumbersome so far is that I can’t figure out how to delete/rename a location that I created.
For example, I tried to enter ‘thumb’ and typed/saved ‘thump’. 🤦‍♀️

### 3/5 — Grandpaw Pain

*2019-06-18*

I just got the app and I am disappointed with one aspect. When you post an entry the calendar is a day previous. If I go back in to edit it the edit will still have the incorrect date.

### 3/5 — Date is off??

*2019-05-01*

Like this app. Very functional. But when i view the log all the days are wrong by 1 day. Things i add today have today's date on them until i save them 🤷🏻‍♀️. Them they show as yesterday's date. Am i doing something wrong?? The link for app support just goes to a page that tells the privacy policy with no place for wues...

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Ok but dates are off by a day

*2024-06-06*

Works as expected for the most part. The only problem is the date that you enter is not the date that shows up in the log. It’s a day off for me so tracking my pain and being able to give something to my doctor or my attorney this app is making it very hard, even after paying to be able to export all data, I’m still having trouble

### 1/5 — Confusing

*2023-02-11, version 1.0*

It worked great for one month then it stopped recording the data I put in. There is nothing anywhere to help solve this issue

### 1/5 — This is a piece of crap.

*2021-07-20*

The date entry in the record does not match up with the log presentation. If you try to edit it, the app ignores your entry and keeps the wrong one. It’s a total waste of time and effort.

### 1/5 — great idea for an app and works well on basics but

*2021-05-10, version 1.0*

no app support, no way to report bugs, no ability to delete or edit symptoms, the average hours of pain is completely bugged out mine currently shows 131377811 average duration. there are not many apps like this available so i’m incredibly upset about how buggy it is because it could be so good it if had the issues fixed.

### 1/5 — Can’t get dates to set correctly

*2021-02-07*

Like the format of your app. However, I can’t get the dates to match correctly. It will say the correct date on the screen when entering data but use random dates when saving and displaying.
If you can’t help me fix this I will have to delete app and move on

### 1/5 — Vollkommen unbrauchbar

*2020-12-01, version 1.0*

### 1/5 — Not the Same

*2020-11-25*

I have been using this app for my back, for about 3 years now and they must have changed something because it does not even allow me to type anymore. This app has never ever been good, but it just barely worked well enough. Honestly, I hate this app, but with recent updates they have just made it impossible to do anything... seriously, you can’t even write anymore. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Worst pain log app out there!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2020-03-27, version 1.0*

Doesn’t work waste of time.

### 1/5 — Dates are wrong

*2019-09-08*

Enter an entry as the 2nd but it shows as the 1st. All dates are off by 1 day. Deleted the app. Waste of time.

### 1/5 — Needs an update?

*2019-08-13, version 1.0*

Looks like it hasn’t been updated in a while, almost nothing works, lots of placeholders and nothing else.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Sensacional

*2023-02-25, version 1.0*

Porém podia ter uma área para o profissional ver a evolução do paciente

### 5/5 — Help

*2019-07-06, version 1.0*

How do I remove an trigger incorrectly added?
Enjoying the clean interface, and the ease of use.

### 5/5 — Herniated Disc User

*2019-02-26*

If you’re looking for a simple, no frills pain tracker for a section of your body that never changes - this is it.
Whenever I go to the doctors for my condition they’ll ask me how my pain has been on average since my last visit. Honestly, I can never remember (I mean, really.. who does?). This app makes it easy to log the pain I’m feeling (and even gives a scale description) and receive the stats most important to me without all the extra stuff you don’t need. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Best One Out!! Really I tried like 5 Others

*2018-12-21*

This is simple to the point.

Not a bunch of clicks.

Screen is smooth and easy.

You enter your own list of trackers. Not a over populated one prior.

### 4/5 — Útil

*2023-11-15, version 1.0*

É um aplicativo muito útil, mas percebi um erro. Registrei em um único dia duas dores diferentes, ele computou como dois dias de dor… mesmo a data do registro sendo a mesma. Isso comprometeu um pouco o acompanhamento.

### 4/5 — Tabulates average incorrectly

*2022-07-28*

The app is great except for tabulating the average duration of pain incorrectly.

### 4/5 — Please add export in CSV

*2020-11-29, version 1.0*

Graphing pain over time is important and not easily possible at the moment due to export being PDF only

### 4/5 — Love it but would like an update for bugs

*2020-07-15*

Its so easy and perfect for me. My only issue is the Average Duration on the dashboard always gets way too specific. For example mine right now says “6.397379731276138e+32”. So a patch would be appreciated but its nothing i cant live with

### 4/5 — Export in Chronological Order

*2020-05-30, version 1.0*

Easy and convenient but would be greatly improved if the exported reports were in Chronological Order.
At present very difficult to read exported report, because last entries appear first and particularly confusing if more than one entry is made per day (timing is not Chronological within the day).

### 4/5 — Only 1 request

*2019-10-17*

I love this app for its easily customizable features. I would only ask that you give an option to list duration of pain in hours or days. Many chronic pain suffers have a pain episode for days at a time. Putting that info in as hours seems silly. It might also be nice to be able to add to the symptoms box. There are lots of other symptoms besides nausea and vomiting. I guess that’s 2 request! Lol! Sorry! But really.....I love the app!
