## What is My Pain Pal?

Managing pain is tough and it can take some time to get right. MyPainPal will give you tips for coping with pain, and how to use your medications most effectively. You’ll be able to report on your pain, medication use, bowel habits, and other symptoms. We will share your responses with your Care Team so that they can support the best. You can also browse through the resource library for information on pain medications, side-effects, coping skills, meditations, and other ways to manage your pain. 

MyPainPal is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding your medical condition.  

Be aware that MyPainPal is not monitored 24/7. It is not checked on nights, holidays, or weekends. If you are experiencing any symptoms that are severe or concerning to you, contact your Care Team right away. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
