The customer care is hopeless just graduated from kindergarten they say mam issues are in your device or network when their app has an ancient code from 1980 . Better to use their competitor apps ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-05-30* I recharged for 55 to talk with the particular astrologer and there was a error. I couldn’t send the msg. Couldn’t talk but they deduct the moeny. And support chat is worthless. I mean they didn’t take a minute to deduct the money but they say it will take time to solve my query or refund. Waste of money.
