The rare times it works the calls don’t get connected due to technical issues in the app or at the call receiver’s end. These scammers will debit you for these incomplete calls and never refund you saying it is not their policy. This is how they run this scam. The customer care is hopeless just graduated from kindergarten they say mam issues are in your device or network when their app has an ancient code from 1980 . Better to use their competitor apps ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-05-30* I recharged for 55 to talk with the particular astrologer and there was a error. I couldn’t send the msg. Couldn’t talk but they deduct the moeny. And support chat is worthless. I mean they didn’t take a minute to deduct the money but they say it will take time to solve my query or refund. Waste of money.
