They used to list the format required for a CVS import. An export will not import. Additionally encrypted backups do not import. This is specific to cross devices with the same app using the same master password. It also affects the primary device. If they solve this one issue and made it clear how this would work rather than bury it I would change my rating. ### 3/5 — Ok App *2026-07-14, version 6.16* This is my go to app for all passwords. Fix this BS ### 2/5 — Biometrics on my new Apple iPhone 17, not working *2026-04-24, version 6.16* For a couple of weeks now, the biometrics on the app have not been working for me. I have this app both on my iPad and like I said on my iPhone 17 my previous Apple phone I could get the fingerprint technology to work up till about three weeks ago, then it stopped working and would not allow me to access my account on the app. I got a new phone last week wondering if the new phone with face recognition technology would fix the issue with being able to use the biometrics to open my account unfortunately that was not the case. Being able to use the biometrics to open this app is the main reason why this app is so wonderful. I have attempted to contact the company and eventually they have responded however, they have not come up with a fix to this problem. I still hope they respond with a fix.
