Cerca il distributore con l’icona MyPay e se non lo trovi, invita il tuo gestore a visitare il nostro sito. Segui questi semplicissimi passi: - Scarica e Installa l’app MyPay - Registrati. Bastano pochi secondi! - Associa la tua carta di Credito o debito - Acquista In prossimità del distributore automatico, apri l’app MyPay e scoprirai i nomi dei distributori, identifica via Bluetooth quale vuoi, connettiti e trasferisci il credito che preferisci. Alla fine della consumazione l’app ti chiederà se vuoi disconnetterti, se scegli di disconnetterti l’eventuale credito in eccesso ti sarà riaccreditato, se scegli di non disconnetterti potrai effettuare immediatamente un altro acquisto. Ho caricato 5€ e non funzionava (stesso feedback ricevuto dai gestori del camping che hanno preso le distanze da tale società) ho scritto chiedendo di essere rimborsato ma nessuna risposta… ### 1/5 — Non funziona *2022-07-17, version 1.2.6* L’applicazione non funziona. 10 minuti davanti all erogatore e non lo trova. Ho dato permesso per uso Bluetooth ma niente. Credo ci sia un bug sull acquisizione dell posizione 5 euro buttati oltre a essere stato mangiato vivo dalle zanzare ### 1/5 — I miei soldi? *2022-06-30, version 1.2.6* Carico del credito sulla app, che mi viene addebitato sulla mia prepagata, ma poi il portafoglio della app risulta vuoto…€10 buttati Aggiornamento dopo aver contattato l’azienda è aver ricevuto da loro risposta: inizialmente hanno insinuato si trattasse di un mio errore, ma dopo che ho fornito documentazione è emerso il contrario. Hanno deciso di non rimborsarmi sulla prepagata ma hanno accreditato i soldi sull’app. Visto che non so quando potrò usufruirne, tale rimborso risulta per me inutile visto che sono passate quasi tre settimane. Non rileva i distributori e e non permette di chiedere un rimborso del credito inserito… (minimo 5euro).
