Built from lived experience, the app helps parents track real life between appointments — including sleep, seizures, meltdowns, mood and mobility — in a way that is quick, private and realistic.

Parenting a child with complex needs often means being asked to summarise weeks or months of lived experience in short appointments. My Penelope helps reduce that pressure by giving families a clear, structured way to record what is happening day to day.

The free version stores data locally on your device, keeping you in control of your information at all times. Nothing is uploaded or shared unless you choose to use future Premium features.

My Penelope is not a medical device and does not replace professional care. It is a practical support tool, designed to help families feel more informed, prepared and heard.
