My previous review asked for better detailed charts and the designers delivered!! Downloaded app and discovered that there is no way to establish a new signon. The only option is to access and existing user ID which, of course, DOESN’T EXIST YET ON THE ACCOUNT. Then you get a terse pop up declaring that there is no such user ID and to contact support, for which there is no link either.
