Terrible app! Haven’t been able to pay bill on app in months. Give all the info and it acts like I don’t exist. Worst app I’ve ever dealt with.

It would be very helpful to customers to see real time usage data. Better graph information to compare monthly usage would be great too.

Been a customer for a decade.  Downloaded app and discovered that there is no way to establish a new signon.  The only option is to access and existing user ID which, of course, DOESN’T EXIST YET ON THE ACCOUNT.  Then you get a terse pop up declaring that there is no such user ID and to contact support, for which there is no link either.  It’s unbelievably primitive in design.

I change phones and now I can’t use the app and I can’t find a way to fix it. I have called your office and I’ve been told “I can’t help you “ 
So I can’t reset my password and pay my bill the way I have been doing. Looks like you’d get your IT to do something about that.

It would be nice to see previous bills and improved charts. We are trying to conserve energy/cost and more detail would help.

After the app was updated this morning  the graphs and charts have a lot more detail. My previous review asked for better detailed charts and the designers delivered!! Makes the $35 meter charge per month a little more worth it on the customer side… there is an hourly feature on the graphs- can this be fixed?😀
