## What is My Perfect Cookie?

Everyone's perfect cookie is different. Soft and thick. Crispy-edged and chewy. Loaded with chocolate or plain and buttery. My Perfect Cookie helps you figure out YOURS — then helps you bake it, gluten-free.

Chat with Melissa, a busy baking mom who's been baking gluten-free her whole life. Tell her what you're working with:

• Already have a mix or a recipe? She'll tune it — rest time, butter state, oven temp, the little levers that actually change how a GF cookie comes out.
• Starting from a craving? Describe your perfect cookie and she'll build the recipe and the shopping list to get you there.

Then bake, snap a photo, and grade the batch. Melissa looks at how it really came out, figures out what to change, and sets up your next attempt. Every bake gets you closer — and your cookbook of perfected cookies grows as you go.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
• Real gluten-free baking science — Melissa only recommends what's been verified, and she'll tell you straight when she hasn't tested something yet
• Honest recommendations — she works with any GF mix or recipe, and points you to whatever genuinely fits your cookie best
• Allergy-friendly — dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, soy-free, and vegan swaps, handled with care
• Your cookie cookbook — every cookie you perfect is saved, with its full bake history
• Step-by-step cook-along mode with big, kitchen-friendly text
• Bake reminders — she'll ping you when the dough's done resting
• No account, no password — just start baking. Add your email only if you want your cookbook saved across devices.

Built by Meli's Monster Cookies — the gluten-free bakers. Free to use.
