Welcome to my Personify, the  app that allows you to easily customize your comfort settings directly from your mobile device when connected to a suitable room device (Allure UNITOUCH, EC-Multi-Sensor-BLE, nLight UNITOUCH) designed by Distech Controls (an Acuity Brands company).

This user-friendly mobile application allows an occupant to intuitively set all room comfort parameters from a single interface:

All control screens have been designed with the occupant in mind, making this app easy to use, regardless of one’s technical skillset.

The occupant can define their personal preferences (units, favorites devices) in order to personalize their  user interface and space comfort settings.

Based on Bluetooth® low energy technology, the mobile device is very easily connected to any BLE-enabled room devices within range (Allure UNITOUCH, EC-Multi-Sensor-BLE, nLight UNITOUCH).
Some favorites devices can also be defined in order to automatically connect to the most frequently used device.

Il serait judicieux de tester votre application avant release ou de changer votre équipe de développeurs. L’utilisation de l’application est un enfer depuis la dernière mise à jour. La sélection des niveaux de ventilation, des éclairages et des stores est rendue plus que délicate par des bugs d’affichages sur les écrans de contrôles au sein delà pour, un enfer à utiliser au quotidien quand les bureaux  ne sont pas tous équipés de télécommandes. En bref une montée en version qui s’avère moins efficace et plus buggée que l’ancienne.

The new UI update took the numbers off of the slider screen on the app, so now instead of being able to see what you’re setting the lights to, you just have to guess and hope it’s close. Please bring back the numbers that show as you’re using the slider.

Le système le plus absurde que l’on puisse imaginer. 5 secondes pour arrêter une ventilation avec un bête interrupteur. 2 minutes, quand ça marche avec ce système absurde. Sans oublier l’incompatibilité avec les portables qui ne sont pas récents. Et sans compter les frais de mise en place des capteurs. Dans notre immeuble, ça fait 4 mois qu’ils ne s’en sortent pas. 
Un interrupteur, c’est bête, mais c’est moins cher et ça marche. 
Fuyez cet attrape nigaud.

Utilisée par mon entreprise. Plus possible de se connecter  aux différents appareils depuis plusieurs semaines. On a de l’air froid qui nous souffle en heures de travail pendant plus d’une heure en plein décembre. C’est vraiment inhumain

Run run run run worst device I’ve ever seen. Now I’m in an argument with my contractor somehow get these pile of garbage out of my building. Completely un user-friendly. You have to be the programmer of the system to understand how it works. Very slow to react. Horrible device.

Impossible de se connecter avec mon iPhone même en étant à côté (précision, cela marchait au tout début). Pourtant, cela marche avec un autre modèle. J’ai supprimé / réinstallé l application sans succès. Il faudrait penser à corriger ce bugs pour que l’on puisse utiliser correctement l application.

Overall it has potential.  It doesn’t show  ECY STATs HVAC mode change menu, so the client cannot change modes.   The app should give the option to use WiFi instead of Bluetooth.  When you connect  to thermostats it shouldn’t ask you whether you want to confirm the configuration of the stat, just connect to it..
