Portal will not show all appointments, it is hard to gather info about visits. Other patient portals are far superior, please revamp this app.

I literally just need to pay my bill it will not let me even have the option. App closes everytime I open it. Worst app I’ve ever had never again.

Wrong appointments which are duplicates which is confusing if you don’t remember the correct appointment on your own. Application support is ridiculous. They do not address any problems: and repeatedly for information you have already provided. Just a really awful and totally unusable app. And there’s no way to get the wrong medical information corrected which is required under Federal HIPAA Law to prevent this kind of errors from being stored electronically!!!

Trying to enter the Portal, the first couple times you click on it to enter logins, it flips back to another page.  Annoying.  If you do it 2-3 times, it will work.
