This is ridiculously priced for a bad product. I get that AI is still “learning” and algorithms take time. What I don’t get is why I get a poor product and I am be paying for your AI to learn. The concept of having a monthly subscription AND having to pay for tokens for each picture. Really poor product and poor business model.

Those pop up ads sometimes cannot be closed, meaning you lose your $ credit for that photo attempt you tried and failed on.

If you encounter issues with credits being deducted and an error message from the processing method, please contact us via email at support@kh-app.com. At the bottom, there's a tab displaying the history of all enhancements made to your photos. You don't necessarily have to wait in the app for your photo to be processed, as sometimes it might take longer due to server loads.

I only give 3 stars as i know how much time and effort to develop a program, but this app not accurate at all, the deblur basically didnt do anything, the AI quality upscaler literally made a brand new face on the photo 😅still need some work to be done on this app for sure

Thank you for your feedback. When you first select the image enhancement method, you will receive instructions on which images are best to use for that method. In AI Quality Upscaler, it's recommended not to use photos of people, as this method can significantly alter them, especially with photos of men. It's best to use images of anything except people with faces in this mode. In other methods, photos with people, portraits, and old photos are improved very well. We will strive to improve the deblurring method in the near future

Greedy. There’s nothing I hate more than an app that has credits you can purchase to use the function. Just give us one fixed price! in this economy, people can’t afford to buy a certain amount of credits for something and then keep buying more as you run out. Plus, the results aren’t great so it’s not even worth a dollar. You have so many enhance apps competing against each other and this one is going to fail. There are even 100% free apps that do a better job than this one.

It's very unfortunate that you've had such an experience with the app. The algorithms for enhancing photos are constantly being improved, and the results will get better. It's also important to follow the instructions and select suitable photos for different processing methods, as they are trained on specific types of photos.

Sometimes users don't need to enhance many photos, just a couple, and many don't want to pay for a subscription for this. In the future, we may also add a subscription with unlimited capabilities.
