When trying nothing happens. Now I’m unable to access the app and unable to see what my balances are. ### 3/5 — The more they fix it… *2025-05-07, version 8.1.0* … The more bugs. At least the format was easy to read and understand and this format is not good. Since the latest system upgrade started in September 2022, none of your technology has been working the way it should. Especially this app. We were promised that you would have this sorted out by the end of January 2023. Still waiting. Very happy with it I find if the app works then the categories have you scrolling for a long time . You should be able to enter key words or they have sub directories. Meets our needs, though we do have very few providers. Joined BECAUSE of the app and the MPM team talking it up when I enquired over the phone about their service. For the entire year of my plan the app hasn’t worked - doesn’t load info and can’t submit anything through it. They keep promising updates which never come to anything. And I’m always having to follow them up on the phone and you always have to deal with a different person. Over it! Changing provider. ### 1/5 — Never shows available balance. If they do their line is so full of static they cannot be heard after many attempts. They owe me thousands of dollars and I’m not getting any paid into my account.
