The app is terrible.  Cannot check in at locations.

Since the update from the old app, it won’t allow you to check in at the location you are at. If you go to “Lists” it gives you the establishments that accept player perks, but once you click the establishment you are at it takes you to the map app. It is not user friendly at all. I currently have 5 loyal costumers trying to figure out how to check in and none have been able to. If I could give this a 0 rating I would but 1 will have to do.

No matter how I use this app I don’t get points.  It’s hard to use.  Check out the AEPlayer app to see how these apps should work.

This is the best rewards app I have downloaded. I love that I can earn points when I check-in AND entries into giveaways! So cool!

You never think you win anything when you sign up for giveaways. But I’m here to tell you, that is not the case here! Great prizes you get to bring a friend to and I know multiple people that have won cool stuff like Cubs tickets and concert tickets. Really cool app.
