There are days where the app just doesn’t open . Very poor ### 1/5 — App barely works *2026-05-03, version 1.0.11* Has previously works. Wheel of death keeps loading but won’t even open. All downloads up to date, phone reset and still doesn’t work. This isn’t the first time. Often has errors and won’t proceed when using multiple types of file formats in single deductive claim. LeasePLUS is less than helpful ### 1/5 — Same problems as old app *2026-08-02, version 1.0.14* This app keeps logging me out despite setting up Face ID and a PIN code! The option of submitting meals & entertainment over 1 pay is not an option making claims across the entire year absolutely pointless as a tax deduction each pay. How is $1 something helpful when you get slogged a high rate of tax. The information on the app is not easily understood or visible particularly for coming pays. ### 1/5 — Badly designed login system *2026-07-23, version 1.0.14* Every time I exit and re-enter the app, it logs me out and asks me to re-enter my username, password and re-chose a 4-digit pin.
