Being able to find affirmations in different categories or make and record your own (with your own background track you can record, too) is awesome and very convenient and considerate! The only thing I don’t like (hence the 4 stars) is that I can set up the app to automatically deliver affirmations starting at a certain time in the day but I have to click on the initial generic reminder notification for that to happen. I wish they could just be delivered without my needing to do that.
