## What is My Praktik?

Now users can observe sonar data and build maps on the screen of a smartphone or tablet of any size.

The functionality and interface of the Application has been thought out in such a way that, first of all, it is easy and convenient for anglers to use it. For example, you can add widgets to work windows and view maps on one part of the screen, and monitor echo sounder data and fish behavior in real time on the other.

The palette for displaying echo sounder data and for maps, sounds and the depth grid are also adjusted depending on the user's desire.  The touch ZOOM allows you to view even small objects.

**Developer response:** Здравствуйте. Возможно вы сидели в режиме «зимняя навигация». В этом режиме в приложении будет только карта, эхолотную картинку же просматривать нужно уже на самом эхолоте. Если включить режим «работа с мобильным приложением» - в приложении вновь будет доступно рабочее окно эхолота.

Почему-то не загружаются карты. Просто висит на 0% и всё.

Отличное приложение. Очень не хватает возможности добавить уловы и привязывать их к точкам. Чтобы это был полноценный сбор статистики, когда поймал, в какой точке/лунке/за сессию, сколько (шт или кг), трофеи и тд. Еще было бы здорово иметь некий онлайн шаринг карт между пользователями. Совместное построение карты глубин водоема.

Приложение отлично работает,без всяких проблем.Кнопки везде на 13 айфоне видно,всё чётко,проплавали целый день с эхолотом «Практик 8 про вай-фай»,используя телефон в фоновом режиме,никаких проблем нет,разобрались со всем очень быстро,хоть и это наш первый эхолот,и первый запуск.
Единственное конечно,это из-за глушилок в Ростовской области,проблемы с рисовкой карт,но нам оно особо и не нужно,самой конечно основной функцией по рельефу справляется на все сто,ещё заметил,что подключившись к телефону,рыбу показывает не как на самом эхолоте,а именно побольше и поменьше,мы конечно на эти показатели не полагались,но все же может кому-то и важно.
Ещё плюс у «практик 8 про вай-фай,что приложение постоянно обновляется,плюшки добавляются,то есть устаревание эхолота со временем,никак не скажется на работе,потому что функции обновляются в самом приложении. Ну и конечно экран побольше,и видно всё поинтересней,далеко не как на дисплее эхолота.

New cartography. A powerful software package that renders images in real time, which allows you to fully implement the completion of the map with an echo sounder and an instant reaction to changes in user settings (changing palettes, depth limits, lighting) and navigation.
1. New map palette editor (30 color ranges)
In addition to the new preset palettes, you can create your own by "assigning" different colors to different depth ranges. This is an important function that allows you to find promising places ("navels", watering holes, sudden dumps) even while still at home, before fishing.
2. Compass 
Automatic direction indicator of the mobile device for easier and more accurate orientation on the terrain.
3. Dynamic lighting (shadows) of the map 
Increases the naturalness of the perception of the map, the image becomes almost three-dimensional due to the illumination and shading of the relief elements. This option can be turned on/off at the user's request at any scale.
4. Isobates
There was a beautiful labeling of depth isolines (isobaths) - embedding depth figures into the gap of the isoline, without obscuring the surrounding relief. The depth figures are always positioned vertically.
5. Winter navigation (available for Practice 8 Pro Wi-Fi/DUO echo sounders)
The new cartography supports Winter Navigation mode, which allows you to broadcast the depth of the map from your smartphone via Wi–fi directly to the echo sounder screen without taking your mobile phone out of your inner warm pocket. You do not need to drill dozens of holes, checking the depth, if you have a depth map of this reservoir. Automatic hole counting. Available for Practice 8 Pro Wi-Fi/DUO echo sounders.
6. Navigation mode "Tracking"
The app detects whether the fisherman is parked or on the move. In the parking lot, the last selected scale and the angle of rotation of the map are remembered, and when moving, the scale is automatically selected depending on the speed. At the same time, the position of the navigation arrow shifts to the bottom of the screen, and the map automatically rotates in the direction of movement.
