My PrEP is your sexual health companion: reminders every 15 min so you never miss your PrEP pill, history of your doses and encounters, logging of your STI tests directly in the app, doxyPEP tracking, support for both on-demand and daily PrEP. The app supports every aspect of your sexual life. Privacy: all data is stored on your phone. No account, no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools. Nothing is sent over the internet. My PrEP is the only app to offer this level of security and respect for your privacy. You can also export your data (as CSV or raw SQL) at any time. Le plus serait de pouvoir rajouter la DoxyPEP pour avoir le schéma protecteur complet car la prise de la PreP et la Doxy ne se fait pas au même moment pour tous. Ça peut être déboussolant pour quelqu’un qui débute la Prep ! Je conseille l’ajout d’une fonctionnalité d’oubli pour mieux accompagner l’utilisateur avec une arborescence en fonction du délai de l’oubli et en fonction de si la prise et en continue ou à la demande… Autrement très bien ! J’ai décidé d’acheter l’appli pour soutenir son amélioration. ### 5/5 — Top *2025-01-07* Super appli ! Juste une petite recommandation : il est avéré que pour les hommes cis, si l’on prend la PrEP en continu depuis plus de 7 jours, la ponctualité de la prise importe moins. Ce serait bien que l’application puisse activer ce paramètre au bout d’une semaine de prise pour éviter les « prises en retard » qui selon l’application font que les rapports eus n’étaient pas protégés par la PrEP alors que si :) ### 5/5 — Obligatoire surtout en prep occasionnelle *2024-08-17* Plus aucun oubli de comprimé depuis que j’ai l’application. First, the app's design has been entirely overhauled. We kept what works, but every screen has been polished. Everything looks more modern, cleaner, and more consistent, thanks to a global rework of colors, icons and spacing. Green now signals that everything is fine, blue means you have an action to take, and red means something is off. The "earlier dose" screen for PrEP has been redesigned (you can now indicate if you only took one pill instead of two). In short, everything is more beautiful. Second — and this is the biggest piece of work: My PrEP now supports daily PrEP, the regimen recommended for people having receptive vaginal sex! Since the regimen algorithm sits at the heart of the app, it took a lot of work to adapt it and make it capable of handling multiple regimens. It took some time, but here we are. You can choose the regimen prescribed to you from the Settings tab. For new users, the onboarding has been completely rewritten and now includes regimen selection (while also making it easier to enter doses taken before installing My PrEP). Third, doxyPEP is making its debut in My PrEP! You can log your doses from the home screen, and as a My PrEP+ subscriber, you'll see at a glance which encounters are protected by your dose. Record the tests performed (chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhoea…), specify the sites tested (throat, etc.) and enter the result (not tested, negative, positive, as well as "immune" for hepatitis A and B thanks to vaccination). You can also attach your lab report as a photo or PDF to keep a complete record of your screenings. By default, the tests prescribed for PrEP are preselected, but you can add other tests if needed (always in the context of sexual health). This new screening feature is available to all users, with no My PrEP+ subscription required.
