My Project Maker is the simplest way to plan, track, and ship any project — from app builds to home renovations to side hustles.

Organize work into Projects, Folders, and Items. See exactly what's done, what's blocked, and what's due next.

PROJECTS AT A GLANCE
Create projects with a custom icon and color. Each project card shows completion percentage, open items, and done count — all at a glance. Sort manually, by name, by date, or by progress.

FOLDERS INSIDE EACH PROJECT
Break every project into named folders — like Build, Enhancement, and Bug, or Planning, In Progress, and Review. Give each folder its own icon. Expand and collapse sections to focus on what matters.

ITEMS WITH FULL DETAIL
Each task tracks:
• Status — Todo, In Progress, Done, Blocked, Cancelled
• Priority — Low, Medium, High, Critical
• Due date — with overdue and due-this-week alerts
• Notes — free-form text for extra context

Tap to edit. Long-press for quick actions: Edit, Duplicate, Move to Folder, Set Status, Set Priority, or Delete. Swipe left with a confirmation step before anything is removed.
