### 1/5 — Need a monthly option for hours accrued.

PTO accrual only offers an “hourly estimate”.  I accrue exactly 16.67 Hours every month.  I don’t accrue (receive) hourly usable PTO until I actually receive the hours.  I can’t take time, I don’t have.  This is not a useful tool for my situation.

**Developer response:** I’m sorry that My PTO doesn’t currently meet your needs. I am an independent developer and this was the first app I released to the App Store. I am currently in the process of completely redesigning the app and I will seriously consider adding monthly accrual in a future release. Thank you for the feedback.

Great app but like for me I work 3 , 12 hours shift and 1 , 8 hour shift so I can’t get a correct answer please update to put different shift hours or at least a total weekly or bi weekly opinion when that happens it will be 5 stars

It would be nice if the days that have fewer worked hours had a highlighted color like the days taken for vacation.

Would like a dark mode.
