The navigation is a complete mess and the interface feels like it was thrown together for a beginner programming class. Nothing flows, nothing makes sense, and basic actions take way more effort than they should. I tried to sign up for the Wallet feature and the page just froze—completely unresponsive. Had to force close it multiple times and still couldn’t get through. This is on the latest iOS (26.4.1) on a perfectly fine 4-year-old iPhone, so there’s really no excuse. Honestly, this is just a frustrating, poorly built piece of software.
