NFC works fine on my phone for payments, but the app does not support or properly use NFC for ID card scanning during account opening. This is confusing and makes the process less smooth, as I had to use alternative verification methods instead. Clearer support or compatibility information would be helpful.

Hello, have been using the app over years but same issue and not resolved yet: when authorizing any action e.g. see virtual card details, change linked account etc. the operation is failed (at least that is the message i see) but then when i cross check it looks like succeeded. It is confusing because user never knows if action was completed or rejected. Please, check with your qa team.

Requiring a one time password for a mobile app is a terrible idea.  You have to move from the app to your texts and back and if you take to long you have to start over

Nem lehet a telefonszamot megvaltoztatni vagy normalis 2 faktoros autentokaciot beallitani nem telefonszamra.
Annak ellenere hogy ki van kapcsolva a telefonszamos megerosites rendszeresen kuld utalasoknal olyan szamra ami mar nem aktualis.

Generally speaking, I like the app (I did use multiple bank apps before). However, there’s a major issue. Occasionally, the online buying authorisation doesn’t pop up in the app which leads you to an unfinished order. 

Once, I deleted the app and reinstalled and it worked. Today evening, it didn’t work not even with a reinstall. I had to transfer to another account to be able to shop online. 

I’m looking forward to a software patch. (iPhone user).

Overall the app works pretty well and UI is intuitive. There is one thing which is very annoying though. The order of the transactions on the timeline is changing when a transaction goes from pending to processed. This makes it very hard to trace when a transaction really happened. For example I can’t filter for transactions happened on a given date, because they might already moved to another date when became processed. It would be so cool to have the option to view the transactions ordered by the date and time when they were created.

Please please please allow darkmode on the ui. Exchange rates could be shown within the app. Change of the account linked to the card should be easier, e.g. on the main tab.
Once dark mode is available this will be a 5 star review.

As the app is still not working it’s impossible to pay bills where confirmation from the app is needed. Is the bank willing to reimburse me for transfer fees? How long till this mess is cleaned up? It’s a disservice to your clients. Do better.

After three days of use Bank blocked my credit card. There’s only phone call activation possibility. Hungarian SIM is not compatible with Japanese network. I used this account for airlines tickets and hotel reservations. They should realized this is a travel use.

OTP vor 2 Minuten bekommen. OTP küldese tul lassu. 2 perce kaptam. A rendszer azt jelzi, hogy tul keso ütöttem be. Itt valami nem stimmel. App Delete. Kartyat telefonon keresztül aktivaltattam.

Great app with a nice design and easy navigation. However, real-time push notifications for card transactions and other spending are essential in modern digital banking. Most competitor banks in Hungary already offer this feature, so Raiffeisen is falling behind in this regard. You guys have been promising and teasing this for years—it’s time to make it happen.

I cant even Use the app a hole week! Please kick all the hungarian leaders , cause’ i nevet ever seen this many unskilled person in one company! In the past my company bank was still at the Raiffeisen but at the local bank ( Tatabánya) they have the worst workers at all!

One thing can be added:
- When we go into analytics and swipe between the overviews of the previous months, I suggest you to add the ability to see money in, money out ect for the particular month we swipe for.

A couple things are missing like, push notifications, the ability to permanently cancel a card, dark mode, adding a card to Apple Wallet from the app and Apple Pay for Visa cards. 
Other than these missing features, overall great app!

You program is great. But it would be cool, if I could add the payment addressee automatically by his phone number and it were connected from my contacts list.

A lot of banking mobile apps have this option in Russia. E.g. Tinkoff Bank, Sberbank, etc.

There isn't any SMS or push notifications about account transactions. It's very strange not to have them. For example in Revolute I have all notifications about all actions. But here I receive only small part of notifications. Also I've attended bank office and enable SMS notifications, but they also doesn't works as expected.
