You should also be able to see the hours you’ve worked/pay within the app. I can’t even log into the self service website for my paystubs but I haven’t had time to call the help line. This company seems fairly new so I hope they improve. It takes 10+ minutes to load up to do something simple like clocking in, picking up a shift, and clocking out. It glitches out all of the time, crashes, and closes out. Also asking for precise location is invasive and in legal standing in a grey area of legality. If I didn’t need this app to literally pay my bills, I’d refuse to use it. Randstad is the absolute worst company and they do nothing to fix the problem and just say all the customer service things to get me off the phone and shut me up. If I could give the app negative stars I would, and I’d give Randstad as a company negative stars too. ### 1/5 — App loading difficulties *2026-08-08, version 2.18.0* I have a great deal of trouble loading the app to clock in and out each time. I have deleted the app and downloaded again multiple times. I have also switched from Wi-Fi to cellular data to problem solved. I have to do a lot of extra steps to report when I work. And my latest shift was not reported bc I kept getting message that I did not share my location so I had to call everything in to RS support. While I appreciate the safety net, That is more unpaid work time for me. Had to call again bc my latest shift times were adjusted to even later times than they should have been. At my work location, it often fails to detect my correct location, preventing me from clocking in on time even when I arrive as scheduled. Clocking out as well which creates inaccurate time records. I hope the developers improve the GPS accuracy and provide an alternative way to clock in and out when location services or signal are unreliable.
