No stars! *2026-04-20* I hate this app! RCH favours forcing families to use it rather than providing quality service. I’m not sure if it is a poor quality app or if it is poorly utilised by clinicians. Either way, it’s not working and is a source of endless consumer confusion and stress. The information families need is not there and what little comes through is poorly formatted and difficult to read. Information families provide RCH via the app does not reach clinicians.
